Thank you for shopping with Medlaubri. Below you'll find details on how we ship your orders, including processing times, delivery options, and more.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We aim to dispatch same day if an order is placed before 12pm. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

If there is ever a delay due to high order volume or other circumstances, we will notify you via email.

UK Shipping

We currently offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom on orders over £10. Otherwise, shipping will cost £2. 

Evri Tracked Shipping - 3-5 days

International Shipping

We are not currently offering international shipping through our online store.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

If your item hasn't arrived within 7 working days (UK), please contact us at sales@medlaubri.co.uk and we will investigate.
